  1. Intellectual Property & User Content: Users may not reproduce or distribute website content (e.g., images) without authorization. Users are responsible for content they upload, such as in reviews or custom orders.
  2. Order Cancellations & Refunds: Many fashion sites do not accept cancellations once an order is processed, particularly for made-to-order items. If allowed, refunds may take up to 30 days.
  3. Pricing & Product Discrepancies: Prices and stock availability are subject to change. In case of human error in pricing or inventory shortages, the company reserves the right to cancel orders.
  4. Returns & Exchanges: Goods generally must be returned in their original packaging, with all paperwork, and in the same condition as received.
  5. Shipping & Liability: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Delays due to public holidays or weather are often excluded from liability.
  6. Governing Law: Disputes are usually handled in a specific jurisdiction, such as Mumbai, India, for some local businesses.
